With his leg Armando Sergipano managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Brusque's Murillo Hoffmann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Murillo Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brusque's supporters rose to their feet, but Murillo Hoffmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. OldSkull United's Marcus Gonçalves got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marquinhos Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder Félix having to interfere. Jorginho Branco hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Elder Félix came out of the goal and Marquinhos Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute Marquinhos Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
