Neurônios EC's Téo Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Neurônios EC from getting a goal against them. 11 minutes into the match, Neurônios EC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Aparecido came free, but Téo Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Aparecido in the 12th minute of play forced Neurônios EC's goalkeeper Téo Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oséas Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Beto da Silveira's late challenge caught a Stonehenge FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beto da Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Stonehenge FC's Enéas Paiva got a free kick in the 25th minute. Samuel Meira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Téo Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Téo Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Meira in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Samuel Meira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stonehenge FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 63 played minutes Neurônios EC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião Arósio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Aparecido in the 69th minute of play forced Neurônios EC's goalkeeper Téo Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beto da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Neurônios EC's zone, Samuel Meira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Abraão came out of the goal and Samuel Meira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Aparecido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Abraão having to interfere. Sebastião Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Many of Neurônios EC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Neurônios EC may have spent more time on the ball, but Stonehenge FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
