Thiaguera F.C's Marquinhos Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Arce in the 21st minute of play. Marquinhos Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luizão Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Carvalho in the 26th minute of play. Donato Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. When Ivo Aguiar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Thiaguera F.C's Ivo Aguiar got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 85th minute, Jaraguá Fc's Donato Arce ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marquinhos Cunha. Marquinhos Cunha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Paulão Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
