To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. César Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Iuri Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizão Linhares struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Edmílson Albuquerque made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 14thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Iuri Freire would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Celso Correia charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Stefanos Sioufas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fiori Matos in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, LocoPub FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nilson Carioca came free, but Stefanos Sioufas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giuseppe Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
