Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jailson Salles in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Valadares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Allan Viana kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot Marionopolis SS's keeper Hudson Valadares was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Bernardo Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Durvalino de Medeiros's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When Erivaldo Pombal came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Marionopolis SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erivaldo Pombal couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Fenix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino de Medeiros came free, but Bernardo Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
