Donato de Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. EMAD F.C's Donato de Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save EMAD F.C from getting a goal against them. Oséias Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato de Lima having to interfere. When Geovani Donato came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Alquimista FPA STAND BY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovani Donato couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geovani Melo during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Alquimista FPA STAND BY booed when EMAD F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geovani Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ruy Eger made a kick off. Alquimista FPA STAND BY were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after EMAD F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isaltino Massa took the corner. Umberto Cunha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ruy Eger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 58 minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match Vicente Nóbrega sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Umberto Cunha skillfully saved the ball. When Enéas Neves fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alquimista FPA STAND BY's protests and gave Enéas Neves a yellow card for diving instead.
