Lenílson Domingues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olavo Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Bode Velho MZ Force booed when Harley FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 minutes of play, Harley FC's Telmo Prado made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vivaldo Cerezo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute Gugu Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lenílson Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Santos having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Léo do Valle made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Lenílson Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bode Velho MZ Force's supporters rose to their feet, but Lenílson Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olavo Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Harley FC's zone, Lenílson Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olavo Santos came out of the goal and Lenílson Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lenílson Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Gugu Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Natã Neves put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Harley FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bode Velho MZ Force:s goal.
