An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Vaz in the 82nd minute of play forced Dula's goalkeeper Mário Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emanuel Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Vaz in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jaiobazinho had played much better football throughout.
