Elivélton Passos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. Elivélton Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After having played for 16 minutes, Ulysses França managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EE LEMENSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulysses França was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, EE LEMENSE's goalkeeper Américo Borges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jano Donatello. If Vito Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Xavier in the 22nd minute of play forced Serviraje's goalkeeper Renan Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renan Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Renan Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauã Fontes in the 26th minute of the match. The Serviraje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renan Rocha should have stopped the shot. A collision led to EE LEMENSE getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rodriguinho de Sena hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Felipe Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renan Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vito Freire's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Renan Rocha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 65 played minutes Serviraje got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Ceresso. Renan Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Xavier in the 88th minute of the match. With his leg Renan Rocha managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when EE LEMENSE's Vito Freire fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vito Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Serviraje's Aílton Mineiro got a free kick in the 98th minute. Ulysses França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match was over EE LEMENSE could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Serviraje throughout the match.
