João Pedro Donatello hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, s.c. resenha e.c's Wesley Valle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adrianinho Branco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wesley Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adrianinho Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Tupancireta's Adrianinho Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Valle in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Conrado Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, s.c. resenha e.c's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão Ramos came free, but Kiko Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match, Maurício Netto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrianinho Branco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 28 minutes of play, s.c. resenha e.c's Maurício Netto made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrianinho Branco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tupancireta's Adrianinho Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Valle in the 36th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Tupancireta got a freekick which was hit by Tião Bastos. Kiko Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Magalhães in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wesley Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Tupancireta getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alfredinho Sarmento hit a great ball. Sérgio Soares, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Wesley Valle came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the s.c. resenha e.c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley Valle couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Tupancireta's Claudinei da Rocha got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Maurício Netto came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the s.c. resenha e.c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurício Netto couldn't finish the play. Percival de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match Vladimir Fonseca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrianinho Branco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Claudinei da Rocha hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, s.c. resenha e.c's Sérgio Soares broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 83rd minute, Maurício Netto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrianinho Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. André Luís Moura's late challenge caught a s.c. resenha e.c's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Luís Moura helped the player get up and apologised. André Luís Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94thth minute of the game Maurício Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tupancireta's Adrianinho Branco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. s.c. resenha e.c's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
