Spectators: 7344 (Terracing: 5510, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 145) Eurico Meira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Yan Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charles Paraíba during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Charles Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils Elssen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Eurico Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eurico Meira did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Yan Santos 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th match minute, Maracai F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Pires to maneuver through the defense. Yan Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Meira in the 33rd minute of play. Eurico Meira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yan Santos came out and tried to block the shot, but Eurico Meira slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 36th minute. When Maracai F.C's Eurico Meira in 39 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Yan Santos guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Maracai F.C's Eurico Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles Paraíba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eurico Meira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Yan Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudinei da Silveira made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Eurico Meira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Yan Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexandrita SS's Yan Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Meira in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alexandrita SS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jailson Romero was slow to take the kick. During this time Maracai F.C's players had a chance to rest. Eurico Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Santos having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Charles Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maracai F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Paraíba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yan Santos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eurico Meira went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute, Eurico Meira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Alexandrita SS's zone, Charles Paraíba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Santos came out of the goal and Charles Paraíba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yan Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Meira in the 94th minute of the match. When Maracai F.C's Charles Paraíba in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alexandrita SS's goalie prevented a goal. If Eurico Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Maracai F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
