Despite this Narciso Matos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 32 minutes into the match, Wilson Matos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Narciso Matos. Fumaquim FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilson Matos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Fumaquim FC's Caio Campidelis got a free kick in the 68th minute. Narciso Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Cardoso in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Wilson Matos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Matos. Wilson Matos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Wilson Matos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Narciso Matos 78 minutes into the match. Hernani Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilson Matos might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Matos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilson Matos ran back to his position shaking his head. Narciso Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 88 minutes of play, Baluarte FC's Wilson Matos made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Matos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 91st minute, Baluarte FC's Carlos Alberto Cardoso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Narciso Matos. Narciso Matos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Baluarte FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fumaquim FC.
