Miguel Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldir Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Valadares in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Nego Beiço F.C's Denílson Barbosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiago Gabriel Mattos made a kick off. After 56 minutes, Glauco Leite mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pacova and the Nego Beiço F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Correia in the 63rd minute of play forced Pacova's goalkeeper Júlio Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Tiago Gabriel Mattos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nego Beiço F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Gabriel Mattos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Leandro Correia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Miguel Arantes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Waldir Novaes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 88 minutes into the game, Bernardo Valadares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Waldir Novaes. Bernardo Valadares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. In the 93rd match minute, Pacova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Adolfo de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. The Nego Beiço F.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pacova's performance. The match ended with a win for Pacova.
