Zeca Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Tavares in the 3rd minute of the match. Coletivo Construção's Tadeu Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Paranaense in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eriberto Silveira during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Coletivo Construção getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Eriberto Silveira hit a great ball. Luiz Paulo Souto in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tadeu Viana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 9 minutes into the match, Coletivo Construção's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Paranaense came free, but Tadeu Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Crisolita EC's Luiz Paulo Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Paranaense in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadeu Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Crisolita EC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ronaldão Marinho hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Oséas Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 played minutes Crisolita EC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Ferreira. Tadeu Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Coletivo Construção's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Paranaense came free, but Tadeu Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Betão Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coletivo Construção's supporters rose to their feet, but Betão Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeca Secco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luiz Paulo Souto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeu Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Luiz Paulo Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeu Viana having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Coletivo Construção's goalkeeper Tadeu Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Paulo Souto. Zeca Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Silveira in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Coletivo Construção defense, Luiz Paulo Souto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeu Viana. The Coletivo Construção fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeu Viana should have stopped the shot. Tadeu Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Paranaense in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eriberto Silveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Richard Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 2-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Luiz Paulo Souto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Oséas Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Coletivo Construção booed when Crisolita EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dadá Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséas Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Secco having to interfere. Eriberto Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeca Secco having to interfere. In the 78th minute Luiz Paulo Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermínio Mangueira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the game, one of Coletivo Construção:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Crisolita EC. Enrique Senna stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tadeu Viana. 3-1. 87 minutes into the match, Coletivo Construção's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Paranaense came free, but Tadeu Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telmo Paiva charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Telmo Paiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Crisolita EC's Telmo Paiva got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 95th minute, Richard Paranaense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeu Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.
