In the 29th minute Raí Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Paulina FC's José Arruda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucjan Czapski. With a little luck, Paulina FC's Delfim Vaz got control of the ball when Raí Veloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tayio Esporte Clube walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
