Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sílvio Luiz Amaral made the kick off which started today's match. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Luís Gustavo Lago put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Delfim Vaz. In the 10th minute, Arthur Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Agnaldo Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agnaldo Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agnaldo Neto got free with Tarcisio Carvalho in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agnaldo Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Carvalho having to interfere. If José Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Arruda in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarcisio Carvalho saved Los Panchos from getting behind. Sílvio Luiz Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Vaz having to interfere. Tarcisio Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Agnaldo Neto sent off a good shot on target. José Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Carvalho having to interfere. 48 minutes into the game, José Arruda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tarcisio Carvalho. José Arruda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Arruda to make the kick off. Abel Mandrak charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Mandrak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Paulina FC's Abel Mandrak got a free kick in the 55th minute. Tarcisio Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agnaldo Neto in the 60th minute of play. José Arruda took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tarcisio Carvalho. Tarcisio Carvalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Los Panchos's Tarcisio Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Arruda in the 68th minute of play. Ernesto Massa hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 71 minutes in the game, Luís Gustavo Lago dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Delfim Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Luiz Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Luiz Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Vaz having to interfere. Luís Gustavo Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Vaz having to interfere. Sílvio Luiz Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delfim Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luiz Amaral in the 95th minute of play. Paulina FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
