In the last second Manfredo Aparecido throw himself and got hold of the ball when Allan Magalhães in the 11thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 14 minutes into the match, Gavea Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Magalhães came free, but Manfredo Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válter Quintal took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manfredo Aparecido. Manfredo Aparecido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Magalhães in the 19th minute of play forced Gavea Rio's goalkeeper Manfredo Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester salgado's zone, Edmundo Ferraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizinho Bertassi came out of the goal and Edmundo Ferraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Tarcisio da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manfredo Aparecido was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tarcisio da Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. The supporters of Gavea Rio booed when Manchester salgado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válter Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Manchester salgado's Allan Magalhães made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manfredo Aparecido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edmundo Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Bertassi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gavea Rio's Edmundo Ferraz got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Manfredo Aparecido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tarcisio da Cunha in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Allan Magalhães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Kauan Bittencourt made a precise shot to the right of Manfredo Aparecido. Gavea Rio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Edmundo Ferraz charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmundo Ferraz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edmundo Ferraz hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Kauan Bittencourt made a precise shot to the right of Manfredo Aparecido. Gavea Rio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Magalhães in the 65th minute of play forced Gavea Rio's goalkeeper Manfredo Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Manchester salgado's Kauan Bittencourt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manfredo Aparecido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 70 minutes into the game, Tarcisio da Cunha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Manfredo Aparecido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Durvalino Donato came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Manchester salgado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durvalino Donato couldn't finish the play. Tarcisio da Cunha might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manfredo Aparecido. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tarcisio da Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. Manfredo Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Bittencourt in the 83rd minute of the match. Manfredo Aparecido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarcisio da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, Manchester salgado's Allan Magalhães made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manfredo Aparecido was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 91st minute, Tarcisio da Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manfredo Aparecido was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Manfredo Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino Donato in the 96th minute of play.
