Benjamim Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Souza having to interfere. Conrado Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomás Guimarães in the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Acude SC's Luciano de Azevedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 11 played minutes Acude SC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Augusto Sampaio. After 12 played minutes, Tabai's Caco da Mata shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chicão Diniz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tabai reached it. After some careless play in the Acude SC defense, Ulysses de Amaral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chicão Diniz. The Acude SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chicão Diniz should have stopped the shot. Ulysses de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano de Azevedo during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luciano de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Conrado Souza was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Juarês Furtado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Juarês Furtado really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Ulysses de Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Acude SC's goal looked a bit too open when Hamílton Guerra came free, but Chicão Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamim Moura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Conrado Souza made a huge save. A collision led to Tabai getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Pedro Azevedo hit a great ball. Conrado Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano de Azevedo in the 40th minute of play. If Hamílton Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano de Azevedo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes, Tabai's Caco da Mata shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chicão Diniz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tabai reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulysses de Amaral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Conrado Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Moura in the 51st minute of play. Ulysses de Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chicão Diniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Conrado Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamim Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Pedro Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Benjamim Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Souza. Tabai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamim Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 71 minutes, Juarês Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acude SC and the Tabai players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 71 played minutes Acude SC got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Furtado. Conrado Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Acude SC fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Acude SC's Juarês Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Conrado Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute Luciano de Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Guimarães in the 88th minute of play. Rafa Secco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acude SC's Thomás Guimarães got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juarês Furtado went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Acude SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
