Benjamin Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaltino Mazza got free with Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Garruchos's Isaltino Mazza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isaltino Mazza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Batel FC's zone, Isaltino Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Garruchos's Elias Alves in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Batel FC's goalie prevented a goal. Elias Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Benjamin Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaltino Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaltino Mazza in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The long shot by Eurico Vieira in the 79th minute really tested Percival Leite's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Josué Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josué Salgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Percival Leite read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Batel FC's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Garruchos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
