With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Brodel in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinei Prata saved Recuperado SS from getting behind. Baltazar Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Videu SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Brodel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Recuperado SS's Claudinei Prata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Recuperado SS from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Videu SS's zone, Baltazar Rosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Fernando Trevisan came out of the goal and Baltazar Rosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Videu SS's Nilson Motta got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Rosa in the 89th minute of play forced Videu SS's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Baltazar Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Isaltino Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Videu SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaltino Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
