Real Atlético Estados's Cícero Cosme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago do Valle in the 12th minute of play. Cícero Cosme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago do Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Real Atlético Estados getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Betinho Zonta hit a great ball. Paulo Cunha charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Cunha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Paulo Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piche's goalkeeper Daniel Abreu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Walmir Tepedino in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daniel Abreu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 34 minutes of play, Piche's Thiago do Valle made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cícero Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cícero Cosme came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Piche's Thiago do Valle. But to his dismay, Thiago do Valle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thiago do Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thiago do Valle received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cícero Cosme came out and tried to block the shot, but Thiago do Valle slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 53rd minute. 58 minutes into the match, Piche's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Tepedino came free, but Daniel Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelsinho Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Abreu having to interfere. Cláudio Saraiva hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Cícero Cosme was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thiago do Valle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 80 minute of play. In the 83rd minute Thiago do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cícero Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
