Hortêncio Mandrak succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 14th playminute. After a rather tough play, Meninos da Vila's Wilson Silveira got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute, Hortêncio Mandrak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Claudinei Prata. The goal made the score 2-0. It was beautiful to see Recuperado SS's Eusébio Breckenfeld in action when he in the 27th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Cacá de Sousa hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Nilmar Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Toledo having to interfere. If Hortêncio Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovanni do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Luizão Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hortêncio Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Claudinei Prata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meninos da Vila. Meninos da Vila's Afonso Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Meninos da Vila from getting a goal against them. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovanni do Vale couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, Hortêncio Mandrak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meninos da Vila fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Mandrak in the 82nd minute of play forced Recuperado SS's goalkeeper Claudinei Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Meninos da Vila getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Felippe Matos hit a great ball. Claudinei Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Meninos da Vila had won after a very even match.
