Fortim's Válter Messias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Fortim from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Dino Ribeiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Válter Messias. That made the score 0-6 in the 61 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Golden Dogs's Luan Sá sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Válter Messias narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
