After 4 played minutes Corrida got a freekick which was hit by Yan Miranda. After 8 minutes, Frank Moreno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corrida and the Рʜοєиіx Uиіƚєɗ Ϝ.С. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Corrida getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Frank Moreno hit a great ball. When Hélio da Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corrida's protests and gave Hélio da Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. Frank Moreno struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Enrique Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corrida. Edmílson Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Edmílson Cabral notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Corrida's Cléber Meireles. Cléber Meireles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Рʜοєиіx Uиіƚєɗ Ϝ.С.'s Enrique Godoi got control of the ball when Matheus Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Moreno was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Matheus Leite made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Godoi. Рʜοєиіx Uиіƚєɗ Ϝ.С.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Cléber Meireles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmílson Cabral in the 61st minute. In the 83rd minute, Frank Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corrida fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Enrique Godoi came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Corrida's Matheus Leite. But to his dismay, Matheus Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Moreno in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Godoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Matheus Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Matheus Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Corrida had played much better football throughout.
