Guerem's supporters rose to their feet, but Telmo Bueno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clube Atlético Juventus's goalkeeper Douglas Esteves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Telmo Bueno in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Esteves saved Clube Atlético Juventus from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eurico Porto made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Fernandão Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Eurico Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atlético Juventus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eurico Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Douglas Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Telmo Bueno in the 59th minute. Gláuber Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Esteves having to interfere. Telmo Bueno succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 67th playminute. Gláuber Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Gláuber Vinhas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Douglas Esteves, 0-3. Clube Atlético Juventus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Gláuber Vinhas scored to the left of an out of position Douglas Esteves, making the score, 0-4. 82 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Juventus's goalkeeper Douglas Esteves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Telmo Bueno. Douglas Esteves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geovânio Romero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 85 minute of play. Telmo Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Douglas Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
