Os Brabos's Tomas Camerino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Gonçalves in the 3rd minute of play. Tomas Camerino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafu Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Camerino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Celso Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Camerino having to interfere. Tomas Camerino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Porto in the 11th minute of play. Cafu Lopes's late challenge caught a Os Brabos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cafu Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Cafu Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douglas Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruy Paranaense in the 16th minute of the match. Vítor Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Esteves having to make a save. After 22 played minutes Clube Atlético Juventus got a freekick which was hit by Jean Paraíba. With a little luck, Clube Atlético Juventus's Douglas Esteves got control of the ball when Ruy Paranaense tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Douglas Esteves managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Os Brabos's Ruy Paranaense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th minute, Clube Atlético Juventus's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ruy Paranaense fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Os Brabos's João Vítor Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruy Paranaense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Douglas Esteves made a huge save. In the 46th match minute, Os Brabos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Faria to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruy Paranaense to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Celso Gonçalves rounded Os Brabos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Eurico Porto took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Tomas Camerino to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Ruy Paranaense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Douglas Esteves was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Vítor Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Douglas Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Esteves having to interfere. Ruy Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walmir Fontes hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Clube Atlético Juventus had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
