When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Alexsandro Pernambucano sped through ZéManéS S.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dadá Sarmento. Dadá Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexsandro Pernambucano in the 20th minute of play. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trincheira! In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trincheira's goalkeeper Umberto de Carvalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
