ZéManéS S.C's Dadá Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto Tande in the 7th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Francisco Brodel during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. ZéManéS S.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tales Zanette was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ZéManéS S.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dadá Sarmento should have stopped the shot. Tales Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Paulo Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
