Zé Augusto Mesquita came out of the goal and Silvério Paulista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 63 played minutes Waldir Paranaense rounded Araioses AD's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Silvério Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Templarius FC - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvério Paulista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Augusto Mesquita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Templarius FC - FDFDF's Giovani Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
