In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind HellCat Top Team's goalkeeper Vladimir Vinhas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 13th play minutes Silas Rezende shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Aron Granger and just under the crossbar into goal. David Marinho struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Vladimir Vinhas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dunga EC - FEOSP MZ. David Marinho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vladimir Vinhas firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 22nd minute, Claudinho Vargas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Vinhas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Vladimir Vinhas came out of the goal and David Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinho Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Vladimir Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudinho Vargas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute David Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Granger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guga Ferreira in the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in HellCat Top Team's zone, David Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimir Vinhas came out of the goal and David Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, HellCat Top Team's goal looked a bit too open when David Marinho came free, but Vladimir Vinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 minutes, Rodriguinho Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HellCat Top Team and the Dunga EC - FEOSP MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th match minute, HellCat Top Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Silveira to maneuver through the defense. From a short distance, HellCat Top Team's Guga Ferreira, in the 88th minute, tried to place the ball behind Aron Granger, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. David Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimir Vinhas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Dunga EC - FEOSP MZ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Reginaldo Soares hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silas Rezende got free with Aron Granger in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dunga EC - FEOSP MZ's David Marinho got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Dunga EC - FEOSP MZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching HellCat Top Team's performance. The match ended with a win for HellCat Top Team.
