Spectators: 6970 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1580, VIP seats: 0) Felippe Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerson Dionísio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alessandro Vale came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerson Dionísio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. In the 19th match minute, Palmas FC Formosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betinho Costa to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Vale was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Franklin Pontes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Franklin Pontes really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Joaquim Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Saraiva in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute Gerson Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodriguinho Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Santana having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franklin Pontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, KOBRA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Pontes in the 53rd minute of play. KOBRA FC's Felippe Marinho suffered a concussion after 56 minutes and had to leave the field. After 56 minutes, Diguinho Saraiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmas FC Formosa and the KOBRA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Franklin Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the KOBRA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Pontes couldn't finish the play. Franklin Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Alessandro Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Kiko Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diguinho Saraiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Betinho Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes KOBRA FC got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Pontes. Palmas FC Formosa's Diguinho Saraiva pulled a muscle in his back after 75 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Kiko Trevisan fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOBRA FC's protests and gave Kiko Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, Kiko Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franklin Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Vale having to interfere. Alessandro Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Pontes in the 88th minute of the match. Kiko Trevisan scored 3-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessandro Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Celsinho Campidelis made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gerson Dionísio however managed to control. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KOBRA FC had won after a very even match.
