The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos de Moraes in the 3rd minute of play forced KOBRA FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabby Rondinone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Joaquim Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquim Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marquinhos de Moraes in the 21st minute. Franklin Pontes hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Marquinhos de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Santana having to interfere. But to his dismay, Gabby Rondinone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franklin Pontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Veneto booed when KOBRA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felippe Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos de Moraes in the 54th minute of play forced KOBRA FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquim Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos de Moraes in the 68th minute of play. The Veneto fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Veneto's Gabby Rondinone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to KOBRA FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Celsinho Campidelis hit a great ball. Veneto made a substitution. Cleiton Rossi replaced Marquinhos de Moraes. In the 76th minute, Celsinho Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Rossi in the 89th minute of play. When Gabby Rondinone came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Veneto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabby Rondinone couldn't finish the play. When Veneto's Gabby Rondinone in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KOBRA FC's goalie prevented a goal.
