Spectators: 7352 (Terracing: 5515, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) Gabby Rondinone started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Gabby Rondinone came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Veneto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabby Rondinone couldn't finish the play. Joel dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Esteves in the 9th minute of play. Álvaro Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel dos Santos having to interfere. Nestor Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos de Moraes in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Marquinhos de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marquinhos de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Abraão having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marquinhos de Moraes in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Abraão saved Corinthians-Ba from getting behind. Nestor Abraão was a little too slow when Marquinhos de Moraes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. Giuseppe Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Joel dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes in the game, Marquinhos de Moraes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nestor Abraão having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Veneto's Marquinhos de Moraes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Gabby Rondinone came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nestor Abraão could save by the left post. Marquinhos de Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabby Rondinone got free with Nestor Abraão in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Álvaro Esteves to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Corinthians-Ba got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Fonseca. 59 minutes into the match, Corinthians-Ba's goal looked a bit too open when Gabby Rondinone came free, but Nestor Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Abraão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabby Rondinone went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute, Gabby Rondinone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Abraão was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 79th minute, Gabby Rondinone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Carvalho in the 80th minute of play. Giuseppe Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cleiton Rossi struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Nestor Abraão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veneto. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleiton Rossi in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Abraão saved Corinthians-Ba from getting behind. Cleiton Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nestor Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giuseppe Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Joel dos Santos made a huge save. Gabby Rondinone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Nestor Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Cleiton Rossi sped through Corinthians-Ba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nestor Abraão. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Veneto fully deserved thier win.
