With a left leg Edgar Rosado saved Chucky from getting behind. Gabby Rondinone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Rosado having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabby Rondinone in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Rosado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Marquinhos de Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Chucky getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Toninho Botelho hit a great ball. Edgar Rosado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marquinhos de Moraes went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With his leg Edgar Rosado managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Veneto's Gabby Rondinone fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th minute Marquinhos de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Veneto fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Veneto's Gabby Rondinone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Válter Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chucky's goalkeeper Edgar Rosado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gabby Rondinone came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Veneto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabby Rondinone couldn't finish the play. After 41st play minutes Marquinhos de Moraes shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Edgar Rosado and just under the crossbar into goal. If Gabby Rondinone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armandinho Barbosa made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Marquinhos de Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Rosado. Chucky's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquinhos de Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 55 minutes into the match, Chucky's goal looked a bit too open when Marquinhos de Moraes came free, but Edgar Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos de Moraes in the 58th minute of the match. Marquinhos de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute.
