Spectators: 7068 (Terracing: 5379, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 40) Alleanza FC's Betinho Esteves started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erik Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Sidney Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Ortiz having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Araçáunas's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Esteves came free, but Erik Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Betinho Esteves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Ortiz. Araçáunas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Betinho Esteves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th match minute, Araçáunas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Mattos to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes, Alleanza FC's Luiz Fabiano de Almeida shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erik Ortiz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alleanza FC reached it. Sidney Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Araçáunas got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Diniz. If Betinho Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Mattos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Oscar Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, Alleanza FC's Sidney Tróia made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Ortiz was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armandinho Diniz made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Araçáunas's zone, Betinho Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Ortiz came out of the goal and Betinho Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Araçáunas's Armandinho Diniz got a free kick in the 60th minute. Charles Mendes came free in the 62nd minute and tried to tip the ball over Oscar Sena, but to the joy of Alleanza FC's supporters the ball went over. Araçáunas's Erik Ortiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Araçáunas from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the game, Betinho Esteves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Ortiz. Betinho Esteves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. If Betinho Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Betinho Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Oscar Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Araçáunas's Jeferson Lara got a free kick in the 85th minute. The audience held their breath when Charles Mendes in the 87th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Oscar Sena's left hand side. Oscar Sena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armandinho Diniz went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the game, Sidney Tróia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Erik Ortiz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 97 minutes into the match, Sidney Tróia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Ortiz. Araçáunas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sidney Tróia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Alleanza FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Araçáunas's much stronger midfield.
