Jeremias Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim Alagoano in the 11th minute of the match. When Luiz Fabiano da Mata came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Londrina Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano da Mata couldn't finish the play. With 26 minutes on the clock, Ronaldinho Gerber commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Miguel Tepedino made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when João Adolfo Damião sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Londrina Esporte Clube booed when LOUCOZ BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas Gaúcho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafim Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 44 minutes into the game, Londrina Esporte Clube's Sílvio Sena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Freitas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oséas Gaúcho to strike the kick off in the second half. Serafim Simões's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jeremias Freitas firmly grabbed it by the left post. 52 minutes into the game, Luiz Fabiano da Mata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Londrina Esporte Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOUCOZ BR the free kick. Luiz Fabiano da Mata hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséas Gaúcho in the 53rd minute of play forced Londrina Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Miguel Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Serafim Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Freitas having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafim Alagoano got free with Jeremias Freitas in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to LOUCOZ BR getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Magno Brito hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Leonardo Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Tepedino came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by LOUCOZ BR's João Adolfo Damião. But to his dismay, João Adolfo Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Serafim Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremias Freitas made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Serafim Alagoano sent off a good shot on target. 94 minutes into the game, Erasmo da Mata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOUCOZ BR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Londrina Esporte Clube the free kick. A collision led to LOUCOZ BR getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Erasmo da Mata hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Londrina Esporte Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LOUCOZ BR.
