Elói Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ediberto Pimenta came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the O.S.Imperdoavéis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ediberto Pimenta couldn't finish the play. If Silvério Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. O.S.Imperdoavéis's Ediberto Pimenta was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Silvério Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Umberto Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Oliveira in the 29th minute of play. Umberto Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Fantini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Silvério Goiano came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the O.S.Imperdoavéis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Goiano couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Pintinha's Nilson Leal got a free kick in the 39th minute. O.S.Imperdoavéis's Umberto Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Oliveira in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, O.S.Imperdoavéis's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Fantini came free, but Umberto Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ediberto Pimenta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gabriel Ribeiro made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ediberto Pimenta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. O.S.Imperdoavéis fully deserved thier win.
