Felipe Nogueira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Ronaldinho Pimenta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Guaraipos FC's Abelardo Antunes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronaldinho Pimenta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Guaraipos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Legolas Futebol Club throughout the match.
