Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gil Mangueira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Matheus Lira in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hélio Varela, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gil Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gil Mangueira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jano de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 18 minutes, Felipe Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaraipos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Nogueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abelardo Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jano de Barros having to interfere. If Abelardo Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jano de Barros came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Guaraipos FC's Abelardo Antunes. But to his dismay, Abelardo Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gil Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Hélio Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Abelardo Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaraipos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Antunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jano de Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abelardo Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jano de Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renatinho Macedo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Felipe Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Antunes made a kick off. Felipe Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jano de Barros having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Antunes in the 60th minute of play forced Pirajui FC's goalkeeper Jano de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anderson Gaspar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jano de Barros. Pirajui FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Lauro Mesquita fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirajui FC's protests and gave Lauro Mesquita a yellow card for diving instead. Felipe Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Jano de Barros made a huge save. Felipe Nogueira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Jano de Barros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pirajui FC's Jano de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Antunes in the 88th minute of play. Jano de Barros came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaraipos FC's Felipe Nogueira. But to his dismay, Felipe Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 94 minutes into the match, Guaraipos FC's Felipe Nogueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jano de Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
