The supporters of Cherente booed when 5 de Janeiro Reload was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manolo Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manolo Ferreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mehmet Akif İzhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Angelo Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Cherente defense, Mehmet Akif İzhan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristóvão Ribeiro. The Cherente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristóvão Ribeiro should have stopped the shot. Cristóvão Ribeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Akif İzhan in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Mehmet Akif İzhan made the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Akif İzhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cherente's zone, Agostinho Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristóvão Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Akif İzhan in the 59th minute of play. Mateus Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Danilo Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cafu Godoi during the 68th minute. Mateus Mottas short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Danilo Cunha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mehmet Akif İzhan took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristóvão Ribeiro. Cristóvão Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Richard Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, 5 de Janeiro Reload's Danilo Cunha got control of the ball when Mateus Motta tried to sneak it across the goal line. There was no doubt that 5 de Janeiro Reload were the better team. 5 de Janeiro Reload's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
