In the 13th minute Carlos Eduardo Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Frédson Albuquerque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ludovico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frédson Albuquerque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frédson Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Pires having to interfere. Samuca Pontes took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmo Almeida. Dalmo Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ludovico FC's zone, Murillo Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo Almeida came out of the goal and Murillo Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luizão Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Rezende in the 39th minute. Ludovico FC's Dalmo Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuca Pontes in the 48th minute of play. Dalmo Almeida came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Demolidores FC's Samuca Pontes. But to his dismay, Samuca Pontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Noel Rezende made a kick off. Carlos Eduardo Garcia struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Luizão Pires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ludovico FC. Murillo Lucas's late challenge caught a Ludovico FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murillo Lucas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, Murillo Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ludovico FC's Dalmo Almeida got control of the ball when Murillo Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Murillo Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Ludovico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Donato to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ludovico FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. João Francisco Lopes hit a great ball. Demolidores FC's Amadeu Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Murillo Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dalmo Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Samuca Pontes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dalmo Almeida was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Sydney Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Noel Rezende got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Ludovico FC's Dalmo Almeida got control of the ball when Murillo Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line.
