But to his dismay, Osmar da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 96 minutes into the game, Construcciones's Marcelo Falcão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Luís Magalhães made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Construcciones players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
