Gerson Terra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Falcão da Silva's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 15 minutes, Falcão da Silva made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. S. E. Roca's Gerson Terra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind S. E. Roca's goalkeeper Gerson Terra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gerson Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in S. E. Roca's zone, Falcão da Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerson Terra came out of the goal and Falcão da Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, Chalupa FC's Marcelo Munhoz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerson Terra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Falcão da Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chalupa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Paraense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 75th minute, Falcão da Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerson Terra. The goal made the score 0-4. Falcão da Silva struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gerson Terra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chalupa FC. Carlos de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerson Terra having to interfere. The S. E. Roca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chalupa FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
