The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurico Trigo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elano Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Caio de Castro to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Mega Hertz FS got a freekick which was hit by Hudson Barral. Nilton Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Jacinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Elano Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustão Porto hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Hudson Barral put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eurico Trigo. When the final whistle sounded Mega Hertz FS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Canutama.
