Paulo Renato de Queirós hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Renato de Queirós in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Válter Linares saved Mango Nas Paleta FC from getting behind. In the 80th minute Paulo Renato de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Paulo Renato de Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Clube Atlético Tubarão fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Renato de Queirós couldn't finish the play.
