In the 17thth minute of the game Abel Pontes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ajax FC's Yuri Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, ✦ Mr. Anonymous Team ✦'s Doni Prata got a free kick in the 18th minute. Christiano Cardozo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Augusto Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. A hard shot 27 in the game by Christiano Cardozo from a close distance when the talented Yuri Neto managed to make a qualified save. Ajax FC's players were relieved. Yuri Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. ✦ Mr. Anonymous Team ✦'s Abel Pontes got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ajax FC's Renatinho Cosme got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Christiano Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuri Neto having to interfere. After 42 minutes, Zézinho Cardoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ✦ Mr. Anonymous Team ✦ and the Ajax FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudinei Viana to strike the kick off in the second half. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ajax FC reached it. When Renatinho Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Ajax FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renatinho Cosme couldn't finish the play. If Abel Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renatinho Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Carlos Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Renatinho Cosme kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 69thth minute. Though ot was a great shot ✦ Mr. Anonymous Team ✦'s keeper Décio Guedes was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After having played for 71 minutes, Claudinei Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudinei Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Décio Guedes made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Renatinho Cosme sent off a good shot on target. Décio Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Guedes having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Claudinei Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Christiano Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
