Paulão Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bruno Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilson de Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Bruno Vergílio made a huge save. Paulo Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeca Messias in the 23rd minute of the match. Paulão Maranhense might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Vergílio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulão Maranhense ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulão Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulão Maranhense in the 62nd minute of the match. Caririmirim AD walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
