Humberto de Queirós started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Wilton Reis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Goiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Ramiro Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto de Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ruy Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Humberto de Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Humberto de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Pratas da Casa FC's William Amaral slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruy Cardoso. That made the score 1-1 after 22 minutes of play. 26 minutes into the match, Ramiro Prestes notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pratas da Casa FC's Marcus Goiano. Marcus Goiano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Santoryu FC's goalkeeper Ruy Cardoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pratas da Casa FC's Humberto de Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto de Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ruy Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Pratas da Casa FC booed when Santoryu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Pratas da Casa FC's Marcus Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Negri in the 52nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ramiro Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santoryu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Prestes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Goiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramiro Prestes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Marcus Goiano made a huge save. With a little luck, Pratas da Casa FC's Marcus Goiano got control of the ball when Ramiro Prestes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Santoryu FC's Ramiro Prestes made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Goiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! William Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ruy Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Santoryu FC booed when Pratas da Casa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glauco Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Wilton Reis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Goiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Santoryu FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
