Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kauã Félix kicked off to start the match. Bruno Vergílio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valdo da Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo da Cunha in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Vergílio saved new time from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulinho Massa got free with Bruno Vergílio in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulinho Massas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Bruno Vergílio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, Devitte FC's Bruno Vergílio threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valdo da Cunha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Paulinho Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Valdo da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Devitte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdo da Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Vergílio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo da Cunha in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Vergílio saved new time from getting behind. After having played for 34 minutes, Valdo da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Devitte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdo da Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, new time's Kaká Queirós got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 37 played minutes, Devitte FC's Dinei Torres shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruno Vergílio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Devitte FC reached it. In the 38th minute, Valdo da Cunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Devitte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Valdo da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Bruno Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in new time's zone, Paulinho Massa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Vergílio came out of the goal and Paulinho Massa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th match minute, new time was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeca Messias to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Valdo da Cunha made the kick off in the second half. Hudson Oliveira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Geraldo Soeiro. Devitte FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match Kauan de Godoi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Vergílio skillfully saved the ball. Kauã Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Soeiro having to interfere. Paulinho Massa struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Bruno Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Devitte FC. 68 minutes into the match, new time's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo da Cunha came free, but Bruno Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in new time's zone, Paulinho Massa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Vergílio came out of the goal and Paulinho Massa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Vergílio came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Devitte FC's Valdo da Cunha. But to his dismay, Valdo da Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Devitte FC's Paulinho Massa got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kauan de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Paulinho Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Vergílio having to interfere. Bruno Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo da Cunha in the 91st minute of play. If Basílio Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Devitte FC were the better team. Devitte FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
