The corner led Xanere's Betão Meirelles to fire away a dangerous shot which Bruno Vergílio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kauã Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Cenić having to interfere. Cícero Breckenfeld struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bruno Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xanere. new time's Bruno Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio de Barros in the 21st minute of play. Bruno Vergílio came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Xanere's Júlio de Barros. But to his dismay, Júlio de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Kauã Félix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogério Cenić was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Kauã Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rogério Cenić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Vergílio came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Xanere's Júlio de Barros. But to his dismay, Júlio de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Kauã Félix made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Kauã Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. new time's supporters rose to their feet, but Kauã Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogério Cenić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Júlio de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Bruno Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Cícero Breckenfeld dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Vergílio, 0-3. Rogério Cenić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lauro de Alcântara's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Xanere's Cícero Breckenfeld sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Vergílio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Kauã Félix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Vergílio made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Júlio de Barros sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Osvaldo Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xanere's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Romero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Vergílio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 93 minutes, Cícero Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xanere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cícero Breckenfeld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, new time's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho Queirós came free, but Bruno Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Vergílio was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Cícero Breckenfeld capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cícero Breckenfeld really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5.
